This coolant junction, part number 251 121 438B, is fastened ahead of the firewall on the passenger (right) side of the engine compartment. It is found on an 87-92 Vanagon from Vin H-022 957 and on, with either manual or automatic transmissions.

This part may have been substituted for another version at some point, so be sure to check the part number on your original before ordering.

Installation note: This reproduction is really good, but we have caught a few where the molding seams are a little proud under where the hoses clamp. Be sure to smooth this area before installation. A quick scrape with a razor blade or pocket knife should do the trick.
