This distributor cap, part number 051 905 207, was originally designated to go on the 025 905 205AG distributor found on the 1992 Vanagon, however we use it on every 86-92 2.1L waterboxer engine. Works better than the original because it has built in radio interference protection. For a lower cost option see 027905207, it lacks the radio shielding, but it works just as well.

It fits 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991 and 1992 models.
