This official VW horn ring, part number 321 419 661A, presses into the back of the steering wheel of every Vanagon. It completes the circuit to sound the horn when the horn button is pressed. When going bad, it may be the reason your horn sounds on it's own. It fits 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991 and 1992 models.
