This gray Westfalia cabinet door trim, part number OK65309, is made by Bus-OK in Germany.  It's the closest reproduction we've found.  We've seen some small variations in the profiles used by Westfalia that we haven't been able to isolate to any particular years, so it may not be an exact match to your profile. This is sold in .5 meter increments up to 25 meters. It is used on every 87-92 Vanagon Westfalia. It fits 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991 and 1992 models.
